I come from a large, close knit family which has shaped my strong interpersonal skills, ability to be adaptable and resilient, team oriented focus and ingrained my supportive nature. As one of 6 siblings, I am pretty sharp with conflict resolution and negotiating! For Jacobs, I am a Senior Program Manager, in our Americas East business, covering Canada and the East of America. I work with Clients to shape, define, initiate and deliver their investible infrastructure programs that address the big issues we face together across the world. I have multi-sector experience across defence, nuclear, water, transportation, consumer goods & manufacturing and cities & places, and have led maintenance & operations, construction and design teams. I have integrated acquisitions, shaped and delivered international business development strategies, initiated projects and major programs and worked at an executive business operations level. I care about the environment we live in today and it's future, and I'm committed to developing an inclusive industry for those in the workplace today, and those that will join us in the future. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, either walking with my dogs, running or horse-riding. I love travelling, experiencing new cultures, meeting new people and tasting & cooking food from around the world.
