Started in 2007, UDance is a student-run organization that raises money to help fund pediatric cancer research and provide family assistance to those in need. As the Alumni Chair, engaged alumni from the University of Delaware to stay active with UDance whether that be through donations, participating in on-campus events, or simply staying in touch with the most recent UDance happenings. Created and designed a custom newsletter to send out to Alumni using MailChimp software. Organized and ran our first-ever "Call-A-Thon"​ in which students reached out to Alumni over the phone to share our most recent events and remind them of the date of this year's UDance. Reached 531 contacts from a database of 2037 alumni, translating to a 26% response rate. This led the team to be able to update our database with the most current e-mail addresses of our alumni. The total amount raised for the 2015 UDance was 1.28 million dollars, making UDance the 6th largest dance marathon in the country.

Worked with the Office of Admissions to lead campus tours and provide information for prospective students and their families.

As the Fundraising Director of the 45-person Executive Board, managed 5 other positions including Profit-Sharing, Corporate Sponsorship and Incentives. Responsible for creating a weekly fundraiser known as "FTK Tuesdays" to create consistency which raised over $8,000 in 2014. The final amount raised for UDance in 2014 was over $850,000.00.

Completed a 10-week internship within Corporate Communication as part of Vanguard's College to Corporate program. Built strategic working relationships by establishing trust through collaboration on projects such as survey design, corporate signature requests, and milestones for internal publication. Worked on the internal communications plan for Vanguard's 40 year anniversary and coordinated with multiple promotional vendors and created deliverables to be presented to upper management. Conducted internal interviews and did extensive research to design and position a one pager about the advantages of implementing an Enterprise Media Platform. At the end of the assignment, presented a summary of my projects to the program managers and fellow interns.
