December 2014 - October 2016 : Environment Manager:-As Environment Manager it was my responsibility to manage all of the 100 or so Servers in AD. There were 50 Windows Servers, 45 Unix Servers and 5 Linux Servers. I also managed all of the changes and problem tickets for AD, ensuring that problems were quickly resolved by the teams.June 2014 - December 2014 : Build & Configuration Manager:-As part of the Build Team on CLS I had many responsibilities. I helped in the production of shell scripts to automate build processes. Also as part of my work I ran code scans to ensure no new findings (defects) have been added to the code. I also helped to run a file transfer process in which I have written a doc for, that allows for transition of code between IBM and CLS.September 2013 - June 2014 : Configuration Analyst:-As a Config Analyst I learned how to create ISRs (Installation Summary Records), IDRs (Installation Detail Records) and Package Requests which are all used for the builds that are create before a deployment. I also help to manage the Media Tracking on the project on Rational ClearQuest.September 2012 - September 2013 : Functional Test Analyst:-As part of testing I completed tests in Component Integration Testing (CIT), Functional Testing (FST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and Functional Regression testing. I also aided and supported the users in their User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support teams in the Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT). I have also experienced Performance Testing (OPT). I also took part in document reviews, understanding the business rules and the defect management process.

As part of the theatre care taking team and technical team I carried out many tasks and responsibilities on a day to day basis. My daily tasks would range from cleaning the floors of the main auditorium and other offices and bar areas to arranging the stage for various performances and helping to organise the seating correctly.I also helped to do daily checks of the fire alarm system and also do some cleaning of the toilets when necessary. I would also help out at the SNAP events for teenagers and help clear everything away when the performances were finished. I would make sure that all the rubbish and litter was taken to the correct bins and also make sure the main auditorium was tidy and fit for general use. I also know how to pour a good pint, as I did some part time bar work here too, but only for a short while.I also performed a Finance Officer & Personnel Assistant role at Fareham Borough Council between April 2011 and June 2011. In this role I was given the responsibility of scanning old files and documents into the councils system. I also had to work with spreadsheets in the organisation of these scanned files. Giving them their folder location and time scanned.
