This position has the responsibilities associated with a SOC analyst but also had components of security engineering. I was responsible for various tasks such as ensuring policy compliance, incident response, and developing cybersecurity systems. Additionally, I played a key role in implementing an Elasticsearch-based SIEM system and creating educational content for end users.

I assisted students and professors with technology-related problems both remotely and in person. I was also responsible for the deployment of workstations and software across the campus. I also taught less experienced technicians to resolve complex issues and how to effectively investigate issues that users were having.

I assisted students in computer labs by addressing their technical issues, configuring both hardware and software, and resolving them to facilitate optimal learning in these labs. I was also responsible for these computer labs' yearly imaging and deployment.

My primary role in this position was gap analysis using the NIST SP 800-53 framework.

I have extensive experience managing a military kitchen where I oversaw operations, prepared food, provided customer service, bussed tables, cleaned, and washed dishes. In addition, I have also catered for the Forest Service during the fire season.

I was responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the environment in the theater. Additionally, I worked as a cashier and assisted customers with their purchases and questions.

I started as a crewmember in this role, where I focused on delivering great customer service, preparing food, and keeping track of inventory. I was later promoted to shift lead in December 2019. In this position, I supervised teams of up to 10 people and used delegation and coordination skills to keep things running smoothly and meet our goals.
