-Managed a team of 10+ people to accomplish event setup, including building stages and basketball floors, assembling modular drapery, converting retractable seating, deploying and stowing balcony curtains, and other jobs as needed by production staff-Maintained building equipment and affected structural repairs on a regular basis according to a schedule and as needed.-Performed safety checks of all Operations equipment on a regular basis and prior to each use.-Documented task procedures and protocols for conversion of the arena to a number of different event types, including the drafting of diagrams and aggregation of MSDS and user manuals for all equipment as available

- Responsible for the conversion from event to event. Work involves, but not limited to, movingequipment, setting up equipment such as stages, basketball floor, hockey dasher walls and some forkliftoperation- Responsible for ensuring equipment is set up according to manufacturer guidelines and companypolicy

- Loading and unloading trucks- Sorting and canceling mail using relevant machinery- Preparing large batches of mail for distribution- Distributing mail to various carriers- Operating copy machine and other office equipment- Keeping work areas clean and neat

- Maintenance of computers and network equipment- Requisition of supplies and new equipment- Working exclusively with contractors and service providers to minimize downtime- Training of office personnel
