I started growing software development and IT teams in 1992 and haven't looked back since, until just now as I recollect my career roots. My strength in leadership and talent acquisition combined with my understanding of cutting-edge technologies, process re-engineering and software architecture allow me to strategically guide technology roadmaps while building extremely strong and jelled teams that do a lot more with a lot less. Other noteworthy areas of expertise include travel technology experience since 1997 and SCRUM since 2007. I do not resent Mondays because I love what I do and I've been surrounded by amazing people throughout my career. I count blessings, not problems - those I simply try to solve.

Within 2 months I took over the call tracking software, started building new knowledge base software (integrated with call tracking) and formed a software development team within 1 year which consisted of 6 developers and 4 technical writers. In my career at KBI, I built many products but the most notable was the ASK.ME solution, which I worked with a major distributor, Denon, to put on the shelves of major stores such as CompUSA. These knowledge bases and solutions are still being updated and sold today.
