Sales Operations Intern
Current- Supporting the Global Sales Operations team with reporting, data analysis, and insights- Learning the fundamentals of how a B2B Software Sales organization with multiple brands operates - Gaining industry knowledge about Travel, Expense, AP, and Payment products- Managed all inbound voicemails to the main sales phone line, routing leads to managers and reps based on information gleaned from voicemails and further internet research into prospects. Duties also included escalating customer issues to appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure a quick response time and customer satisfaction. - Utilized sales tools to prospect into unassigned cold accounts in order to bring them to MQA and drive pipeline. Duties included routing leads to the correct sales representative based on territory and collaboration with sales leaders. - Summarized over 600 of the most used Salesloft cadences by reps in order to report to Interim CRO on outbound messaging.
