Since 2022, I have served as the chief concessions manager at the Seattle Mariners stadium, where I supervise a team of 10. My primary duties and accomplishments involve:• Overseeing inventory management with an emphasis on reducing waste and adopting sustainable methods that align with stadium guidelines, which has enhanced efficiency and cut down on excess.• Utilizing data analytics and sales trends to pinpoint areas for operational improvement, which has elevated our stand to the third top-earning concessions outlet in the venue. This success spurred the creation of three more stands modeled after our operational approach within the stadium.• Being recognized for exceptional performance, and being promoted to manager within a year of working at the stadium due to the standout performance of our stand.Working as a lead concessions manager has given me valuable experience with leadership in a professional setting as well as a focus on efficiency.
