I am an undergraduate student in the Oklahoma State University Honors College studying Fire Protection and Safety Engineering (FPSET). I also conduct undergraduate research which has focused on the water supply challenges in the Wildland Urban Interface, a critical area for fire protection Engineering and the Fire Service. I am passionate about designing and implementing fire safety solutions that protect lives and properties from fire hazards and risks. I am also working with a team of professors within the FPSET department to develop a program for learning various testing methods within VR/AR applications.I have also gained hands-on experience as a fire sprinkler design intern at GFS Texas, a leading fire protection contractor. I worked with the design manager on various aspects of fire sprinkler systems, such as pre-construction estimating, safety, quality control, project management, and design. I am proficient in AutoCAD, AutoSprink, and Revit, and have used these tools to create and modify fire sprinkler layouts for different types of buildings, including offices and high-rise buildings. Additionally, I hold a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification, which enables me to operate drones for aerial inspection and surveying of fire hazards and risks. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my fire protection engineering capabilities.
