I find true joy and get to showcase my passion for the sport I love. Developing and mentoring young student-athletes to be the very best versions of themselves is a tremendous gift.

I loved my time at USATF. I created deep and meaningful connections with fans through an innovative fan loyalty program called USATF Rewards. I worked with a great team and created immersive fan experiences at various events around the country that led to rich data collection and enhanced marketing efforts.

I held active FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and developed relationships with financial advisers to sell American Funds products.

I managed a team of 6-10 FTE and ensured that we delivered exceptional service to all of shareholders and financial advisers. During my time I also managed a hand picked group of 25-30 high performing associates to work with our highest selling financial advisers. Each associate was strategically aligned with an adviser based on their technical knowledge and skill set. One of my favorite aspects of the role was coaching and developing associates. I met with them frequently for goal setting sessions. I created additional training opportunities to help them reach their goals as well as meet all current expectations.
