Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Conduct in-depth interviews ((behavioral-based)) with candidates to evaluate a candidate’s qualifications and skills, and consult with hiring managers on which candidates to take the next step in the process.
- Acting as a contact point for candidates, assisting with scheduling interviews, and sending status updates.
- Managing Full-cycle recruitment process for a multiple positions across departments.
- Collaborating with Hiring manager to understand their needs & develop job descriptions and requirements.
- I am serving as a driving force in supporting RoadSync’s work culture & supporting diversity & inclusion through my recruiting efforts.
- Ensure sourcing methods result in a diverse pool of candidates to support internal DE&I initiatives
