This data is collected from our state-of-the-art machines using high-fidelity sensors, and augmented by domain knowledge, user input, and spectroscopy.The subjective nature of sensory coffee data, which is prone to regional preferences and trends (concept drift), in addition to the constant data/covariate drift inevitable when working with an agricultural product such as green coffee makes ML and data science in this field challenging and engaging.
