Current■ Line manager and Care Leaver point of contact, collaborating with external providers and support workers. ■ Helping Universal Credit claimants and their families towards financial independence through work and enabling them to claim the support they need as they progress, including verifying liability for housing costs and signposting to local and national resources.■ Providing a quality service with empathy for many claimants with complex needs. For example: ex-offenders, care leavers and domestic violence victims.■ Managed and maximised opportunity in claimants’ work journeys by working with employment advisors, case managers, provision executives and training providers.
