Retail (4 Stores & 1 Counter)Monitor all sales activities of shops, counters & consignment doors.Oversell the operations of shops overall in terms of manpower, VM, cleanliness & maintenance. Manage manpower budget of each store.Submit staffs attendances to HR every month (Checking & calculate their OT & lateness penalty)Doing seasons buying (Adidas, Nike, Puma & NIXON)Liaise with departmental store buyer on promotions.Arranging set up/tear downs for departmental store events.Arranging stocks replenishment on consignment doors. Liaise with vendors replenishment.EventsRequesting atrium space from mall management.Submitting floor plan to mall management for approval for atrium event. Requesting for carpets, wagons & temporary telephone line for atrium event.Making sure setup/teardown & during the event everything run smoothly.Manage on manpower budget for each event.Monitor on stocks status during each event.

Planning monthly schedule for the outlet.Guide & motive the staffs in the store.Plan and execute sales strategies and promotions to meet sales target.Ensure daily operation run smoothly & cashier cash float is tally. Attending to walk in & regular customers.Respond and reply to customers’ emails on grievances.Manages accurate inventory of retails outlet.Attend to customer's enquiries, feedbacks and complaints. Working hand in hand with PR manager on events & in store promotions.Involves in visual merchandising.
