Current• Conducted comprehensive data analysis using various tools to organize and disseminate large volumes of data to DOD employees and outside agency counterparts. • Assisted in policy development activities associated with administrative management and operations. • Evaluated major program operations for effectiveness, efficiency, and interrelated issues. • Maintain and continuously expand diverse professional working relationships with key personnel from management, enterprise architects, IT operations, internal affairs, and cyber operations in order to effectively complete mission functions. • I research various forms of data analysis such as using various tools to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of data in multiple formats (i.e., spreadsheets, presentations, White Papers, etc.) • Act as a liaison, serving as a source of administrative referral, to customers internal or external to the organization while managing content consolidation and quality checks. • Manage, patch, and support remote customer systems and sites; including the management of software development tailored to customer and site needs.
