In this position, I worked within a call center and received incoming calls ranging from mobile devices not operating completely to performance bugs with all mobile devices. In my time here I moved from the Customer Care team to the ranking of Technical Expert by displaying high aptitude in my positions and proving myself to those who taught me. At the end of my time here I was inducted into the Winner's Circle 2022.

At The Design Group I worked under the supervision of a talented and well versed team of developers and graphic artist as an intern. I enjoyed myself and, everyday was a new learning experience propelling my knowledge of the industries patterns and styles. Here I increased my knowledge of Html, Css, Sass and, even a little Php. I learned these tools through a combination of Udemy, learning exercises assigned by the CEO and, lower tier work on live projects!
