Greeting customers and checking ID's, as well as being a technician fixing arcade cabinets, general maintenance and pinball machines.

- Hired as a Student Assistant for the semester, working with a team of 10 at Surplus, Central Receiving on the main campus and an off-campus location named Discovery Park.- Receive assets over $5,000 including campus equipment for labs, computers, servers andvehicles. After receiving, tagging and documenting the assets, we deliver them around campus.- While at Surplus, assist with removal and disposal of assets, as well as communication with thepublic creating auctions for unused assets

Once our management situation was figured out and were returned back to our normal positions, wasoffered a technical position at Main Event, which I accepted and started December 2021. After starting tech, I was trained on A-2 Pinsetters, maintenance on arcade cabinets from electrical board issues to physical decals needing fixing, as well as general building maintenance. Through this job, I learnt what career I wanted to pursue and left Main Event on good terms, starting my college journey.

Mid summer of 2021 our Manager left and through our general manager, a group of Game attendants,including myself, became supervisors of the Games department, managing inventory, training, scheduling andanything in between to keep Games operational. Through leading Games, I learned management, scheduling, counting stock and resupply accordingly.

Worked the Games floor of the arcade fixing minor issues and helping guests, while running activities such as laser tag, gravity ropes and running the prize shop.
