Account Director
Current• Serve as the client lead focused on fostering and maintaining strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of business needs to deliver strategic marketing solutions that achieve shared goals. • Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including project management, development, technology, and strategy, to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of client projects and marketing campaigns. • Review and manage client briefs and post-performance reports to accurately capture and identify requirements, targets, and goals for critical projects and overall brand awareness.• Craft complex and personalized digital/CRM experiences with dynamic content and multiple customer paths, leveraging a modular design system. • Plan and execute the management of six lines of business with combined client budgets over $3.5 million.• Actively participate with internal and client-side stakeholders to prepare brand plans and identify future marketing opportunities based on campaign results.• Work with various technology platforms and internal solutions teams to build innovative solutions to client problems and ensure effective marketing and brand investment. • Manage a prospective customer database of over 1.5 million leads and build strategic plans for nurturing and driving prospects towards conversion.• Collaborate with integrated agency teams to identify actionable digital and customer lifecycle brand strategies to influencer consumer behaviour, including experiences with national contests.
