June 2014 - May 2015Responsible for supporting a newly delivered internal web application to report and track large and qualified transactions while simultaneously adding additional features and rebuilding the application in the AngularJS framework. May 2013 - June 2014Worked with Institutional business to on-board a subset of institutional clients to the existing Vanguard retail website. Implemented new on-boarding and maintenance flows within an existing internal application. Created customized experience for the new client type, including tailored views, content, and links across the existing retail website. Built the front-end for a new performance reporting page, added new transaction purchase flows to existing retail buy/sell application as well as leveraging Selenium WebDriver to create automated test cases for these additions.December 2012 - October 2013As part of a volunteer project, integrated a vendor product in-house to function as a virtual chat agent to help clients reset their user name or password on the retail website (using REST and JAXB). The virtual agent has helped assist over one hundred thousand clients successfully log into their existing Vanguard retail accounts since delivery (October 2012) significantly reducing overhead for Vanguard's client associates and cost.July 2011 - May 2013Responsible for maintaining and building robust secure webpages throughout the secure Vanguard retail website for personal investors. Helped integrate a new account structure unifying brokerage and legacy transaction accounts to one total account across various webpages. Delivered the front-end for a new retirement webpage, allowing clients to view contribution balances of their retirement accounts for current or previous tax years. Built the front-end for a transaction ledger page displaying a summary of a client's pending account-level transactions.
