I was a CAPES scholarship recipient and had the opportunity to work in the Sales Administration sector at Mondelez, where I developed skills in process management and information analysis. I also served as an Innovation Agent at SEBRAE/PE, where I had the opportunity to drive local entrepreneurship and support small businesses in their growth journeys. As a project leader at AIKA Experiência Empresarial, I worked on corporate training and project management, contributing to the professional development of teams and leaders in large organizations.I served as a mentor in marketing and digital positioning, Marketing Manager, and Business Expansion Head at AIKA Experiência Empresarial, combining my interests in organizational learning, marketing, and sales.In addition to my professional experience, I dedicated myself to research and academic publications. I contributed to book chapters and scientific articles in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), information processes, the right to be forgotten, the internet, information life cycles, and autonomous computational agents (bots).Recently, I took on the role of Business Controller in the Brazilian operation of a London-based multinational technology company, providing financial and operational support to the Energy Brazil segment, with direct reporting to the CFO and Associate Partner at Capco.
