In this role, I maintain the cleanliness of Ross dining hall by cleaning tables and places where students get food. I replenish 25 food items in the salad, yogurt, and sandwich bar as needed. I also fulfill other roles and fulfill customers’ needs as necessary.

I used OneDrive to track new target accounts and their critical details. I took the targets and updated the target campaign. I used SalesForce to create a dashboard to track 8 Global Marine underwriters' targets and submissions representing about $867,000 in bound premium. I also ensured that all submissions and targets properly linked together.I also visited a variety of departments within AIG and spoke to underwriters, underwriting technicians, actuaries, and financial advisors to develop an understanding of their lines of division. To do so, I had meetings and looked at documents such as quotes, endorsements, binders, and renewals.
