I am a graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology Class of 2014 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Through my studies, I have developed skills in product design and gained a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of engineering. This was done through frequent laboratory exercises and laboratory design, team projects regarding product design and prototyping and it's methods, and various principles courses. As a Design Engineer, I found myself as a part of the the TechTeam engineering group within HTE Technologies, a specialized body of engineers who span several disciplines including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automation and vision engineering. Within this position I was assigned hydraulic system platform design projects as well as end-effector prototyping via 3D modeling/printing for our automated projects regarding Baxter, a fully-interactive robotic system produced by Rethink Robotics for customers wishing to automate various processes. By mid 2016 my focus shifted solely to hydraulics.In Oct. 2016, the Hydraulics division of HTE Technologies was sold to Hyspeco, Inc. I designed, quoted, and oversaw total project completion of each hydraulic power unit per custom request from our customers. This included project approach, material selection, design, implementation, and project management as well as optimization on all processes. In 2019, I started my own brewery with a small team of co-owners. We are currently expanding operations but continue to serve products to the South St. Louis city area.
