Analyst in the Freight Forwarder area. Responsible for import many different supplies as: Automotives, Pharmaceuticals, Machinery and Electronics. My responsibilities are:• Receipt the new shipment from Pricing team.• Request analysis of NCM/HS Codes for Importation Licence for customs broker's departament.• Send the Shipping Instructions for the coloader/cargo agent at origin.• Follow up with coloader/cargo agent about the pick up or delivery of cargo by the shipper.• Request cargo pictures of cargo stuffing/loading. • Send the booking confirmation for consignee. • Responsible to control the warehouse receipts.• Responsible to check and confirm the most important informations on documents, mainly about the M/HBL.• Submit the HBL draft for consignee approval.• Request for international insurance endorsement.• Send full pre alert to the customer, customer brooker and all logistics team at destination.• For FCL shipments: carry out all steps of Brazilian regulamentation inside the deadline without penalties. • Tracking all vessels arrival about the shipments I have; • Inform the consignee about any delay and why;• Inform the customer sending Arrival Confirmation.• Conference and billing request for the process.• Analysis of extra costs.• Payment instructions for: Coloader; International Freight Forwarder; Carriers/Shipping Lines.• Responsible to do all steps to release the cargo for consignee soonest.• Payment for third party services.• Fill all steps of the process on Feshi' system.• Contol and instruct the payment of demurrage at destination.• To file the process.*Differences: Business Models (B2B, B2C; Routing Order); Sea Freight Forwarder (FCL/LCL)*System used: Atlantis
