-Preparation of the production plan and process follow-up of prototype projects received from ASELSAN R&D unit (follow-up of work orders).-Determination of stock levels (semi-finished and finished goods) and reduction studies were carried out.-Efficiency calculations, capacity calculations and planning, work and time studies were carried out to ensure the most efficient use of resources. -Purchasing processes were monitored (control of missing materials, follow-up of deadlines, quantity)-Execution of logistics, delivery and customer process (Labeling, packaging and shipping)-By taking part in the project management team, the project progress was monitored and controlled and necessary measures were taken for deviations that may occur.

After completing my long‑term internship at Mefa IndustryCompany, a subsidiary industry company of Arcelik B.M., I startedmy job as a production engineer in the Wire Preparationdepartment on August 15, 2022.‑I worked as an engineer responsible for the production of wirecutting and Cnc forming departments.‑I led more than fifty employees and worked in teamwork.‑I took an active role in the improvement of quality processes,reduction of scrap rate and production planning process. (SAP)‑We conducted efficiency studies with the lean production unit (5S,3M, OEE, Kaizen, SMED, KPI etc.)‑During my tenure, we achieved a gain of 1,750 million lirasthrough efforts such as improving quality processes, reducing theuse of consumables and energy, and personnel gains.

I completed a long‑term internship in the production engineering department.By participating in group work, I gained knowledge about communication and task distribution.I took part in many projects, machine and robot construction.I had the opportunity to apply method methods by being active in the pre‑acceptance and finalacceptance stages.I had experience about the machine at the final acceptance stage by making OEE Calculations.

I did automation internship in this company.I had an idea on electrical‑electronics and software.I gained experience on PLC programming.I gained new knowledge and competencies by being in the electrical panel preparation andautomation software sections.
