I am also a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Referral Agent with over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing. My family owned an antique shop in Southwestern Pennsylvania and with this experience and my design education, I have invaluable experience and knowledge about furniture, collectibles, rugs, art, costume jewelry and so much more. Over the decades, I have owned many companies in Ohio, California, and Pennsylvania and include Retail Optimization International (ROI) and Strategies and Tactics for Optimizing Retail Environments (STORE), both of which implemented successful strategies in planning, design, and merchandising small and large retail store prototypes throughout the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South Africa. Other start-ups include Thunderbird Trails, Ginny’s Gems & Jewels, Faux FX, Palmetto Estate Liquidators, and POSH Estate Sales. I am also writing two short story book series. The first is “Puppy Dog Tails”, books to be read to your dog using words they understand. The second is for children, aged 7-13. The stories are about abstract, conceptual ideas such as creativity, imagination, ethics, your soul, the world around them, and more.
