Receive the Project plan and coordinate its entirety amongst associates. Some roles I was responsible for assigning were packaging, sorting, counting, and inspections. once roles were assigned I was to train associates to complete those assigned tasks in the way in which expectations will be met. during the project, I was to proofread the plan and notify the supervisor of any eras or needed updates.
