Overall accountability for all O&M service delivery through the management of all internal and external stakeholders. Accountable for the delivery of an industry leading operational support and maintenance service to a series of strategic clients and products, including both brands and retailers. This includes all supporting services in order to enable effective and efficient product life cycle management, including but not limited to: freight, warehousing, execution and maintenance.

Responsibilities:• Developing project timelines for design, prototyping and production management for various projects, giving daily feedback on any changes to ensure client expectations are effectively managed and met.• Brief into the studio all creative jobs and reverts. Accommodating and providing solutions for clients requests.• Managing the creative process from concept sketch through to becoming a workable solution for trade implementation.• Arranging for the production cost estimates to ensure they align to client expectations and budgets.• Approve prototypes and production units and artwork.• Having extensive knowledge of the various production methods and materials ie vac forming, injection moulding, metal fabrication and corrugate design to ensure factory efficiencies are met whilst still delivering a quality product on time and to budget.• Tracking and reporting progress on all projects at that time.• Forecasting and planning resource requirements for studio andmanufacturing.• Report on and track sales margins on the various jobs to ensure business longevity.• Understanding the client’s brands, marketing needs and requirements within their business, industry and competitive landscapes.• Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the company, from the creative department through to engineering and finally with the logistics team.

Responsibilities:• Provide support to Marketing Support Manager and VP/Director Communications in all areas of Marketing Communications including Exhibition Co-ordination, Multimedia, Literature and Internet based activities.• Organise and supervise the running of international exhibitions and airshows in Europe, USA and the Far East.• Project manage and co-ordinate the company website requirements, including CMS maintenance.• Corporate hospitality.
