As a Region Vice President, the role is that of a liaison between the Council of Residential Specialists and State and Regional Chapters in Utah, Southern Nevada and Sierra Nevada.

The Membership Development Committee determines membership classifications and qualifications; identifies membership needs; monitors membership service and satisfaction levels; promotes member services and benefits.

RSPS is recognized as an official NAR certification and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in resort and second-homes to assist them with their search
