As a Region Vice President, the role is that of a liaison between the Council of Residential Specialists and State and Regional Chapters in Utah, Southern Nevada and Sierra Nevada.

The Education Forum provides an opportunity for members, course sponsors and instructors to exchange ideas on course marketing, course presentation and provides a venue for showcasing newly approved educational offerings.

The Membership Development Committee determines membership classifications and qualifications; identifies membership needs; monitors membership service and satisfaction levels; promotes member services and benefits.

The Resort & Second-Home Property Committee with the National Association of REALTORS works with the Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS), an education-based certification program. Launched in 2006, the RSPS Certification was created by the National Association of REALTORS® to better serve the growing second-home and resort real estate market and now has over 1,300 elite members. RSPS is recognized as an official NAR certification and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in resort and second-homes to assist them with their search
