I am a Partner in EY's Global Compliance & Reporting team and lead our service offering in the London Private market. I have over 20 years of UK corporate and international tax experience, advising Private and PE-backed businesses on all aspects of their corporate tax affairs and helping to transform their global tax compliance & reporting processes. I have a specific focus on the Media, Entertainment and Sports sectors and work with a range of clients across film, broadcasting, content production & distribution, music, and professional sports.For the last 20 years I have held a personal role with The Band Aid Charitable Trust, overseeing all aspects of finance, tax and charity compliance, as well as delivering strategic advice for major fundraising projects including the Live 8 concerts, the release of the Live Aid DVDs and more recently, the BA30 campaign. As part of my role with the charity I am also responsible for the development and implementation of Band Aid's grant-making processes, which have enabled the trustees to commit over £50m to life-changing projects in Africa since 2005.
