Lisa Cunningham, an Atlanta native, launched her career with notable success in the music industry, where she directed and produced over a thousand music videos for chart-topping artists, alongside marketing roles at record labels and private consulting. Seeking a higher purpose, Lisa seamlessly integrated her expertise in digital content and marketing with her passion for public health, DEI, and LGBTQ advocacy. Her portfolio includes impactful projects for notable entities such as McDonald's, CDC, Ford Motors, W Hotels and ViiV Healthcare, alongside meaningful collaborations with numerous non-profits. Currently serving as the EVP of Marketing and Communications at the Black Women’s Health Imperative, Lisa has spearheaded digital content for national awareness campaigns on breast and cervical cancer, HIV, and fibroids, featuring talents like Mary J. Blige, Ciara, and Tamar Braxton. Her most recent endeavor, the documentary 'Me Period,' sponsored by Procter & Gamble, highlights intergenerational conversations between Black mothers and daughters on pre-teen and teen health, underscoring her commitment to making a significant difference through her work.Lisa is also an inspirational speaker and host within the DEI arena and has produced digital content and events within that space. As an influencer, she was selected by Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms to serve on the inaugural LGBTQ Advisory Board for the City of Atlanta and re-engaged with the current Mayor, Andre Dickins, for his Transition & LGBTQ Advisory Board. Lisa is a member of Seed & Spark’s Creative Advisory Council as well as the Alliance for Women’s Health and Prevention’s (AWHP) Advisory Council.
