• Prepare the museum’s press materials, assets, media analysis reports and briefings.
• Conduct media training for the museum’s senior leadership and develop strategic messaging, press conferences, speech writing and presentations.

• Managed the press and marketing communications for the museum and its capital campaign for a new facility in downtown Tacoma.
• Led the media and community relations efforts to unveil the new museum’s design and groundbreaking for the facility.
• Prepared the museum’s leadership with messaging, media training and press strategies.
• Developed and launched a new brand for the museum that paved the way for the museum’s major transformation.
