For over twenty-five years I have worked in customer service in one form or another - including seventeen years experience selling products and/or services. I developed above & beyond customer service skills, while providing a unique sales experience, at a small store for 10 years. I interacted with customers via telephone and email, working at a non-profit, with members and sponsors from all around the world. I enhanced my listening skills, to get customers into the right banking products, while surpassing my quarterly referral goals. As an Administrative Assistant I was considered the "Heart of the Operation", when I worked in a retirement community, where I enriched my communication skills getting to collaborate with teenagers working their first job to residents 100+ years old. I have exceptional time management skills, am resourceful, and can manage my workload, without guidance, as evident working remotely in SaaS for the last six years. While exceeding metrics, I find my most valuable contributions are sharing feedback from customers and personal discoveries from testing - helping to improve our products, support guides, and internal processes. I enjoy switching gears from daily operations to whatever new projects pop up that need creative solutions. I never let a job description pigeonhole me, enjoy thinking outside the box, and do my best to help my customers and team succeed.
