One of the things I am passionate about is improving the standard of living in New Zealand by designing and creating both functional and vibrant neighbourhoods and to raise the standard of land development through great designAs a Land Development Consultant, I have a strong Land Surveying, Planning and Civil Engineering background and more recently Aerial Surveying using RPAS/UAV/Drones. I use this broad experience to ensure I focus on the big picture thinking, linking vision, people and ideas together to form the most appropriate strategy to solve the problem and deliver the project. This is creative design thinking and the focus is people centric not compliance oriented.I work to achieve this with my talented, enthusiastic and driven team at Fox and Associates and we also strive to work collaboratively with our clients and through partnerships with like-minded companies to produce results that surprise and delight. We understand that we are not just creating a product for our clients to on-sell, we are creating a place for people and future generations to live. The truth is that great design does not cost substantially more to construct, but creates so much more value over the long term both tangible and intangible. Working as constructive challengers and big thinkers, we work to solve problems that leave our communities and clients in a better place than when we started the project.
