About Carla Pearce
I heard someone say that every 20 years someone should be allowed to completely reinvent themselves.I think it should happen more often than that. My professional life has been reincarnated several times: journalist, copywriter, bartender, teacher, communications officer, programme manager...and every little role in between that gave me the unique skillset I have today. And I'm proud of each one.I'm creative and I enjoy innovating but I also love implementing processes and structure that makes sure a business is as efficient as it can be. I also like to be part of a journey, never the end product, so you'll find I'm often looking for ways to improve in all areas (including myself!).I'll tell you stories of that time I was on telly with Cilla Black or had a dance off with Peter Crouch and fully appreciate you humouring me.Thanks for stopping by!
