Responsible for advising the Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Army Programs Director on all strategies and plans to enhance Quality of Life for Soldiers, Families, and Department of the Army Civilians across 78 Army Installations with a budget of 2.3 Billion dollars and a staff of 30,000 personnel. Responsible for all Army Child Development Centers, Army Community Services, All Army Sports, Recreation Lodges, Recreation Centers, Survivor Outreach Services, Outdoor Recreation, Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers Program, World Class Athlete Program, and Army Fitness Centers.

Advised the Commander, directed, and synchronized with staff in all logistical and sustainment support of over 1,700 Soldiers and 8,000 contractors across Afghanistan and Fort Bliss, Texas. Enforced, developed, and managed all policies and standards that enabled performance, force protection, and discipline providing operational reach and endurance.

Responsible for advising the Commander on all Army transportation and logistical movements across Europe. Provides guidance to a staff of 300 personnel on development of processes and policies to enable logistical movement of supplies and Soldiers across 10 European countries.

Develops operational level transportation plans, policies, programs, and [procedures to sustain the deployment readiness of 20,000 Soldiers. Supervises the preparation of staff estimates to determine transportation feasibility, logistical support for humanitarian assistance and relief disaster, and consequence management operations. Responsible for the administrative support of 100 Soldiers.

Advices the commander on the training, health, welfare, and quality of life of 200 Soldiers. Responsible for inland cargo equipment readiness valued at 15 Million Dollars across the Peninsula of South Korea. Responsible for the logistical movement of all supplies and sustainment for Army units in South Korea.

Responsible for the preparation of staff estimates to determine the transportation and logistical movement feasibility across Central and South America and the Caribbean, logistically supports humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, counter-drug and consequence management operations. Serves as the mobility and movement coordinator liaison with other activities to ensure logistical support is rendered to deploying units. Provides in-transit visibility of equipment moving across continents.
