CurrentProvide data analysis, technical expertise, and support to the Enterprise Talent Management Office for the United States Space Force accessions, promotions, survey administration and analysis, promotion boards, and talent management personnel assessments. • Develop psychometric testing to determine recruitment of personnel fit and interpreted results of personality assessment • Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and psychological tests for recruitment of enlisted and cadets • Develop psychological assessment tests for officer promotion boards • Develop psychological assessment tests for the selection for Senior Leaders • Analyze data using statistical methods and applications • Analyze job requirements and content to develop job competencies and skills for the development of foundational and occupational competencies for multiple Space Force disciplines • Assists in the development of training material for panel members for personnel accessions
