 Responsible for structuring and metrification of the business unit: sales and consulting for projects in the Technology and Retail areas; Team Management - creating impact by defining and implementing KPIs and analysis to support the business strategy and the decision-making Monthly presentation of the unit results and goals to the Executive Board. Mapping of sales processes with focus on continuous improvement. Management of the sales pipeline with regular report, analysis of sales conversion and forecasting of business results.

 Responsible for the management of the 40 evaluation process of GPTW Rankings (regional/sectoral and national lists). Participation in the strategic project to lauch the certification program in Brazil: - Implementation of the Connect platform as a business area;- Implementation of Inbound Sales and Customer Success strategy;- Management of the customer success team;- Management of the customer journey pipeline with regular report.

 Responsible for the relationship with Great Place to Work® media partners, monitoring all communication actions, promotions, logistics of award events (Best Companies to Work For - lists); Prospecting new partners, identification of business opportunities by region/territory and sales potential; Definition of the strategy for current partnerships and new lists. Responsible for planning and development commercial leads and campaigns.  Spekear/Host at institutional events and Best Workplaces Awards
