At my position at Club at North Hills, I showcase apartments and the community to prospect renters. I have a variety of administrative duties such as creating leases, renewals, and work orders. Some of my accomplishments include, helping get occupancy from 85% up to 96%, along with follow up maintenance work orders.

I oversee the operations of the day to day details of Local Edition Hertz of Wexford. I manage a team of ten. My duties include doing pay roll, build relations with customers to have them keep coming back. I also maintain monthly sales goals.
