My interest in Software Development has taken me from programming the Microsoft Surface and Microsoft Kinect for the U.S. Army to working within the Joint Strike Fighter program for the Dept of Defense. I believe that my passion for cutting edge technology, strong commitment to software development and interest in testing and debugging makes me an ideal asset to any team. Everything I have engaged in so far has all been driven by my keen interest in Aircraft Systems. Even as an Embedded Software Engineering Associate and NASA L.A.R.S.S intern, I made sure to dedicate some part of my day to Full Spectrum Leadership, looking for additional activities, taking on stretch assignments, and exposing myself to more to make my job more interesting and meaningful. It is this passion that has driven every one of my career decisions thus far.As a research assistant and undergraduate student at Morgan State University I worked on various projects dealing with Microsoft Surface, a 360 multi-touch graphics user and natural user interface made up of applications utilizing two programming languages (C# and XAML). I have successfully created multiple Bing Map applications using Microsoft Surface Software Development Kit for future implications regarding a framework of digital mapping applications. In addition, I have dealt with building occupancy tracking with the Microsoft Kinect to help regulate building resources like lighting and HVAC. Lastly, I have been exposed to research involving military aviation systems and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) to program movement with multiple wired and wireless controls. I am very interested in your software development opportunities, and I am also interested in opportunities in several technical areas that match my qualifications.
