Responsible for gathering requirements, preparing estimates and schedules, developing and maintaining features in tools developed internally. Testing, homologation, implementation follow-up and assisted operation. Support to the Service Desk area. Interface between customers (internal or external), PDO areas, development team and external suppliers.These activities are carried out using tools such as C#, Git, SQL Server, ASP and VB6 (legacy systems) in addition to SCRUM and Kanban for schedule monitoring and impediment removal.
