Since the beginning of my professional career, I have always been involved in Information Technology. Currently, I hold the positions of Learning and Development Specialist in the Corporate Training Division at Rumos, a role I have held since January 2018. In this capacity, I have had the opportunity to develop and deliver top-quality training initiatives that assist clients and learners in acquiring the most relevant skills for their business or professional activities.Until 2017, and for 9 years, I held the position of Marketing Manager, having been the coordinator of the respective team. In this role, I was able to develop all aspects of communication, advertising, product management, event execution, digital marketing, and other marketing activities for Rumos' training unit. Additionally, in 2017, I organized the entire BPM Conference Portugal. Prior to this, and since 1993, after completing the training course for trainers under the Inforjovem program, I worked as an instructor. Initially, I taught Office and Computer skills for User Support, then became a Certified Macromedia/Adobe Trainer, and finally shifted to application development, particularly in the Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET framework domains.
