Responsible for accurate and timely management of data importing, exporting and other tasks required to maintain accurate and up-to-date IT asset and maintenance data for external and internal customers. Serve as a member of the Customer Solutions ensuring ePlus companies are working together to optimize internal efforts and the customer experience.

Play an integral role in analyzing and documenting key performance metrics of information technology (IT) equipment (hardware and software) for GAO. Prepared reports on logistics performance measuresand recommended improvements to existing or planned logistics processes by using IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices via ITSM, Asset Management and Microsoft Excel.

Was a part of a team that was responsible for instituting the new ticketing system ITSM where we were responsible for Configuration Management (CM) planning and assisted in the development and maintenance of CM processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on program requirements. Key contributor in helping GAO save $250,000 annually through the newly implemented demand sales program.
