Senior Transportation Manager of an Inland Cargo Transfer Company. Advisor to the Commander on all transportation and personnel actions. Supervised the discharge, loading, and transshipment of cargo at air, rail, or truck terminals, Theater Distribution Centers (TDC), and Central Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP). Responsible for the training, training records, and administrative actions of 218 Soldiers and Officers. Accountable for equipment valued at over $20 million.• Revamped the personnel action center and training room. Implemented tracking systems to maintain accountability of actions submitted. Streamlined processing delays, which reduced the late submittal of awards, evaluations and all personnel actions.• Developed a training plan to increase organization combat readiness. Increased weapons qualification, licensing, and mandatory training, from failing to 90 percent within 120 days.• Managed the rapid deployment of four Soldiers and equipment with a 72 hours. Ensured all personnel had all required documentation and training. Senior Transportation Manager for the Headquarters and Headquarters Company for Task Force Sinai (TFS). Organization supported the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO) peacekeeping mission in an austere operating environment. Advisor to the Commander on planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities that support the organization. Supervised and maintained personnel administrative and training records for over 165 Soldiers. Accountable of equipment valued at $5.6 million.• Developed a Total Army Sponsorship Tracker for the organization. Facilitated the successful transition of 90 Soldiers to TFS. The organization sponsorship program was utilized throughout the Brigade, because of its effectiveness.• Used transportation expertise to assist Force Transportation Officer on all strategic movements throughout Egypt and Israel. Used transportation and logistical expertise to update the Force Transportation Office guide.• Enhanced the Brigade readiness. Organization was the first to obtain 100% on Human Resource Readiness Matrix and 90% on Medical Protection System requirements.• Enforced the Command Supply Discipline Program. Supply room received a rating of 97% on Initial Command Inspection.• Supervised the management of 49 barracks during COVID-19 pandemic of inbound personnel. Ensured the safety of all inbound and outbound personnel into TFS.
