CurrentI completed my PhD in Computing Engineering at the University of Melbourne and am skilled in a wide range of technologies, relevant to a variety of industry settings. I’ve enjoyed success with a number of technology start-ups and projects and my solid project management skills make me capable of guiding individuals to new levels of productivity, which take full advantage of team environments. My communications skills are at the core of everything I do – from working with staff to building strong and loyal client relationships.I started ITConnexion with my Business Partner Vincent Pang in 2003. Together they have built a solid business with a strong reputation in the Not for Profit Sector. ITConnexion has grown from strength to strength due to upholding the business philosophy of building trusting relationships with clients through the provision of high quality services. A brief summary of my work history: • Extensive software development skills and experience and has managed the development and evolution of the several start-up software companies and projects. I developed the first version of ConnexionPoint.• Founder of the Southrock eLearning Management System (acquired by Talent2), a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) application. I spent over 10-years in the development of that system, taking it from an R&D project, through to its commercialisation. • Prior to that, I was the principal systems architect of Lochard Environment Systems Global Environment Management (GEMS) system.
