• Recovering balances from Credit Cards, Payday Loans, Bank overdrafts, Jewelry stores, and etc. from all 50 states.• Ability to push out a high volume of calls while also maintaining a high awareness of the incoming call assistant needs of the company.• Maintain awareness and responsiveness in support of company goals.• Ability to enter and remove high volumes of Data in Collect and Collections Max with capacity to prioritize effectively among a group of simultaneous demands.• Continuous flexibility around the schedule needs of the company to provide after hour coverage.• Training new employees
