I help clients of all backgrounds create trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and living wills that allow them to care for themselves and their loved ones during their lifetimes and afterward. I specialize in Special Needs Trusts, Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, and trusts for blended families.I have also practiced corporate litigation with a specific focus on toxic torts and product liability. I was a Wigmore Scholar at Northwestern University School of Law and a Note & Comment Editor of the school's Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.Throughout my career, my skills in researching, writing, and editing have made me a valuable resource to my employers in varied industries. I am also a creative writer and performer. I have had short plays performed at The Gift Theatre and American Theatre Company. I perform in a weekly show, Ten Dollar Comedy, at Second City Chicago.
