CurrentWorking at the Center for Community Health and Evaluation, I focused on mixed-methods, data-driven evaluation. My portfolio of work includes evaluation of programs designed to improve and innovate in the clinical safety net and coalition-led community health improvement efforts. www.cche.orgKey projects:- ALL HEART, PHASE, and Transforming Cardiovascular Care in our Communities (funded by Kaiser Permanente Community Benefit programs of Northern and Southern California): These are safety net interventions in California to reduce risks associated with cardiovascular disease, which include a depression screening and behavioral health integration component.- Accountable Communities of Health (funded by the WA Health Care Authority): The ACHs are coalitions of multi-sector stakeholders working together to improve health in their region. - Clinic Capacity Building Program (funded by the Sierra Health Foundation): The program’s goal was to strengthen administrative and operational capacity to improve care quality and financial stability of safety net clinics.Technical skills:- Data collection and analysis of primary qualitative and primary & secondary quantitative data; creation of data management systems; statistical analysis; synthesis across data sources to ensure validity.- Data visualization and creative reporting to better convey information and provide feedback in a more actionable way.- Writing reports, blog posts, publications, and presentations.- Project management, including work planning and client communications.
