I am a litigator acting for and advising directors/officers/managers and their insurers in regulatory investigations, regulator-instigated proceedings (including those involving pecuniary penalty provisions, banning orders and other relief) and civil proceedings (including as coverage counsel on securities class actions). I also act for a broad range of professionals (including on instructions from insurers) in the financial lines, property and construction industries, encompassing low value but strategically significant litigation and complex, high value litigation. I provide policy indemnity advice to local and international insurers across a range of product lines including D&O, management liability, professional indemnity, business interruption, industrial special risk and construction risks.My experience in commercial litigation spreads across a range of issues including alleged infringement of intellectual property rights, alleged non-payment of rebates and commissions, enforcement of restraint of trade clauses and wrongful termination allegations.
