I break down coverage, review claims and preauthorization for services and procedures, general office work such as typing copying, & faxing documentation. Assisting members with general questions and complaints and appeals and customer follow up when needed.

Team lead: 08/14-12/16 training new hires and struggling agents to improve job performances.Responsibilities Include: Handling high volume calls in a fast pace environment, assisting customers with bill inquires, payments, new packaging with promotional savings, technical support and all call center basic functionalities.
