HRBP for Spain and Portugal. Business partnering for my accounts, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching managers and Senior Leaders in all aspects of HR, including but not limited to: - Talent Management, - People Management,- Compensation and Benefits,- Implement global HR initiatives and ensure that local activities are aligned to the global HR strategy, - Work closely with HR colleagues, to contribute to HR projects and providing ideas and suggestions, - Work closely with the HR Services Team to ensure that the HR data are administrated correctly,- Work actively with the Recruitment team, - Legal advice. Development of policies and procedures to start up the HR Department: internal marketing plan, climate survey, development of training program and teaching in training sessions, employee assessment, contacts with labor union representatives, occupational hazard coordinator, recruitment processes, advise on employment law and other related administrative tasks.

As an In-plant in a automotive firm, Ilpea, I developed several tasks related with HR: recruitment, training, control schedule, etc.
