Specialty Projects Division; This position provides overall administrative and technical direction for commercial and industrial building mechanical systems construction projects. Responsible for overseeing total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, etc. The responsibilities of the position include assisting with remedial design, developing cost estimates, preparing construction sequencing plans and schedules, procuring subcontractors and materials, coordinating and/or supervising field activities of all company personnel and subcontractors on assigned projects (s); authorize/approve project purchase requisitions, change requests, etc; ensure all company, client, project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to by personnel. Maintain official project log and documentation files. Other duties include assisting with implementation/interpretation of safety programs, providing direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and providing constructability input during project design
